Process, Act and Transform
I have been a Marriage and Family Therapist for the last 16 years and I am passionate about helping people improve their relationships. I take a collaborative, strength-based approach to therapy and my work focuses on building trust, effective communication, safe emotional processing and psychoeducation. I have extensive training and experience in CBT, DBT as well as EFT and Gottman Methods. I am also trained in EMDR and a WA State Approved Supervisor as well as an AAMFT approved supervisor.
