Therapy Sessions

More information regarding how sessions are structured, fees, and policies.

Sessions & Fees:

Therapy sessions are based on a 50-55 minute hour. How frequently sessions occur is determined by your needs, schedule, and desired outcome.

Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) sessions can be up to 90 minutes.

Because each insurance plan varies, we recommend that you confirm benefits and in-network status prior to your first appointment.

Initial evaluation (intake) sessions are typically 60-minutes.

Individual psychotherapy sessions are typically 50-55 minutes.

Couple and family sessions are typically 50-55 minutes. Please check with your insurance provider regrading coverage for couple and family sessions (CPT code 90847). ​

SESSION FEES

Price Counseling & Training Services session fees range from $150-$180 per session.​

Cancelation Policy:

There is no charge for appointments canceled with more than 48 hours notice. A $150 fee will be charged for cancelations made with less than 48 hours notice, barring medical emergency.
